Dr. Russo and his staff were amazing to work with today. I came in with a three-year-old and a dog who was freaking out because he still had a cone on his head and had Staples to be removed, along with me running late (of course) for my apt., and about to loose my mind. Not only were they immediately taking Kimbo back and getting him taken care of but. they were awesome with me and my son, and were so quick! They even helped me to the car! Efficient, explains costs up front no surprises when paying. My dog showed me the true “people “ by his instincts and reactions.In fact I had to hold his happy whipping tail as Dr. checked listening to my boys innerds.Loved the pre appointment reminder call.I was shown how to keep up next weeks duties for me to do myself instead of returning every day for week for Dr. to do.
While living in North Carolina, Dr. Russo and Natalie were very good friends to Marie, me and our brood of animals. Dr. Russo is knowledgable, an excellent surgeon and a compassionate Veternarian. He and Natalie are an excellent team to whom you can entrust your furry family members with complete confidence. We have moved to Texas and have not yet found a pet caregiver to compare with Dr. Russo and Natalie.
They were not my routine vet but when my dog was dying they were the only ones that made time between surgeries to see my dog. They were so helpful and were great at helping my dog pass peacefully. If I get more animals this will be my vet!
My fur grand dog is very sick with kidney failure...they are helping him they was compassionate and didn't rush us on making a decision on what to do...Doc said we are going to give Louis a fighting chance an that's what we are doing....great place to take fur babies...love them
