Can’t believe I have to add a star 🙄 I also have been left with no products and a lot of money taken from account, surrounding were obviously going into liquidation and unfortunately a lot of us have been ripped off in the process. Has anyone been successful with the ACCC?

Cannot give zero stars. A disgrace. Their website has false addresses listed, never answer emails or phone calls and they provided a rug in the worst state I have had the misfortune to have to smell. I read Kylie Harding's review, and agree with her. I am also taking action via Paypal to obtain a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS "organisation"
I have never encountered such poor online customer experience ever! I have contacted Surrounding Australia and the owner, Tamara, on endless occasions via phone, left messages, emails and on social media wanting to know when I will receive my order or a refund. Nothing, no communication whatsoever!! I have now requested a refund via PayPal, and not feeling confident. Website is currently down, and if it returns, please avoid.
