Surrogate home care was very professional. All of the aides were courteous and very helpful. Management was always available to assist when needed. Highly recommended.
Inconsistent care; many no shows leaving patient with mobility issues left unattended without even a call to let family know and make other arrangements. No reliable back up plan for when someone calls out. Most aids that come sit on couch on their cell phones the whole time ignoring patients care plan.
I have used several agencies for my parents .The aides are very caring and professional. Thank you Jessica and Natanya for all you've done to help!!!
