Very kind and professional doctor .She listened to my concerns with so much love and compassion. Absolutely amazing
Came in with suspicions of vaginismus due to extreme pelvic floor pain to the touch. Even upon alerting Dr. Maria about this, she proceeded to force her finger in me while I was screaming and squirming away from her, asking her to stop. She told me to hold still, proceeding to go further, and then told me "yep you probably have vaginismus." Receptionist is rude and doesn't even pick up the phone.
My doctor booked me an appointment for September i call back today to confirm my appointment. They tell me I am unable to go because i'm not born in two thousand and two and they will not accept patients patients that are from 2002 and younger. This is extremely ridiculous. I would understand if I was a minor but I am not a minor I am 21. This is ridiculous. I was recommended to you guys from my doctor's office. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE. Went in at 1015 for a 1020 appointment which was confirmed with the office receptionist on aug 17th on the phone. The receptionist asked for name when I checked in, I said name and 1020 appointment. She said write my name down and wait. Waited till 1140 and went to see how long it will be and was then told I have an 1140 appointment and there are 2 patients ahead of me. I showed my letter which said 1020. Change your MOA! Dr. Maria is was quick to send off a referral for me elsewhere to get help. But after calling everywhere myself they didn’t even send a referral!!! 0/10 experience with the MOA I hardly ever leave reviews because yes sometimes people have a bad day etc. but any time I’ve had to talk to this lady on the phone has been nothing but a JOKE.
