Absolutely unacceptable service at this gynecology clinic in Surrey, BC. Avoid if you value your time and respect. I booked an appointment for February 10 at 11:30 am but the receptionist changed the visit date and time to suit her own schedule without my consent or even a proper call to confirm. When I showed up on time, she acted like it was my fault, refused to fix it, and treated me rudely like rolling her eyes and speaking dismissively in front of other patients. Dr Maria blezenki is very good.she is the best doctor
Terrible experience from start to finish. The receptionist, Mona was rude and dismissive, which already set a bad tone. Unfortunately, Dr. Maria was no better. She did not listen to my wife’s concerns, was rushed, and showed no empathy. This was honestly the worst medical experience we’ve had. We left feeling stressed, unheard, and upset. I would not recommend this doctor or clinic. Both the doctor and receptionist came across as rude, dismissive, and completely lacking compassion. Seeing a gynecologist is already uncomfortable and vulnerable, and their cold attitude made the experience much worse. Patients deserve to feel respected and cared for — that was absolutely not my experience here.
