Change your MOA! Dr. Maria is was quick to send off a referral for me elsewhere to get help. But after calling everywhere myself they didn’t even send a referral!!! 0/10 experience with the MOA I hardly ever leave reviews because yes sometimes people have a bad day etc. but any time I’ve had to talk to this lady on the phone has been nothing but a JOKE. Absolutely unacceptable service at this gynecology clinic in Surrey, BC. Avoid if you value your time and respect. I booked an appointment for February 10 at 11:30 am but the receptionist changed the visit date and time to suit her own schedule without my consent or even a proper call to confirm. When I showed up on time, she acted like it was my fault, refused to fix it, and treated me rudely like rolling her eyes and speaking dismissively in front of other patients. Terrible experience from start to finish. The receptionist, Mona was rude and dismissive, which already set a bad tone. Unfortunately, Dr. Maria was no better. She did not listen to my wife’s concerns, was rushed, and showed no empathy. This was honestly the worst medical experience we’ve had. We left feeling stressed, unheard, and upset.
