Unfortunately I've had to be here a few times but the take in is prompt and thorough and these healthcare providers see probably hundreds daily and they do their best. Honestly a lot of people that come through don't need to be there. I had a possibility of a pneumothorax and I was waiting on a bad paper cut to be resolved. So you know. Keep doing what you're doing here. Our healthcare system is collapsed but I highly praise everyone who cares for patients here.
The receptionist here are horrible they sit on their cell phones and talk very unprofessional to each other in a waiting room full of people and never have any idea what's going on this is the horrible state of our health care system

The staff are very nice, courteous, respectful. I saw a couple of doctors that were very nice and knowledgeable. The only beef I have it's the fact the clinic closes at 9 pm however at 7:15 pm there is no doctor to attend to the patients. I understand that it's getting difficult to have doctors available but I think that Fraser Health should make sure to fulfill the hours of the operation from open to close time.
They put me on hold and then hung up on me twice!!!
