Today was my first time coming here. The environment is nice, but I feel the efficiency is too low. After getting my X-ray, I had to return and apparently needed to line up again. When I came back, there were no other patients in the waiting area, so I patiently waited — but then many other patients arrived and were seen before me. This is hard to understand. Our healthcare system is fundamentally broken. When you can’t get in to see a family doctor and are then turned away from urgent care, what options are left? Isn’t urgent care meant to ease the burden on emergency departments? If I can’t access either, I’m forced to go to the ER for something that clearly shouldn’t require an emergency visit...
Called July 18, 2025. At 3:29PM. I’m from a different province and I had a question however I was rudely hung up on. Very unprofessional. Shocked disrespectful and blatantly rude people are able working in an environment that is mainly based on customer care. Very disappointing.
