I had a very disappointing experience at this urgent care clinic in Surrey. I called ahead and was told I could come in as a walk-in within half an hour. When I arrived, however, I was told they had no availability and that I should go to the emergency room or a regular walk-in clinic instead. The blonde nurse is a beetch, she didn’t attend me did not acknowledge my pain.
Despite a flood in their facility I was so very impressed by the competence of all the staff and their good natured communication with everyone waiting. Impressive!
"SORRY FOR INCONVENIENCE" why not put some kind of notice online so people don't waste their time when they're already feeling unwell? Won't be coming back here.
This is the second time I've gone to the clinic for assistance from a social worker named Anne Fausto and I will say she is one of the kindest and most competent people. Every time I ask for help she is able to do it and always with a delighted smile. I recommend her 300%. Thank you because there are still people very dedicated to helping. God bless her.
