Great job by Dean and his guys to completely replace tiles, felt and flashing and some expert pointing. Quick, neat, tidy, great communication and the kind of re-assuring politeness and friendliness you want when people are in your house, especially as it is my elderly Mum’s house. Having used Dean and his team at SRS Ltd before to install a sun tunnel on our first floor landing about 5 years ago, I had no hesitation in asking him to quote for a Velux window in the pitched roof over our ground floor kitchen. His price looked very fair and he and Alex installed it in 3 days in late January, with the plasterer Josh adding only another 5 hours. After deciding I wanted some roof windows I decided to use velux official site to recommend accredited installers.
