Scam place. They made ridiculous excuses don't give back your deposit.
Hi folks, don't go and live there. Here's my worst experiences with them. 1, Poor management, and problems are never fixed properly and timely, 2, Mold is everywhere in all three seasons except for summer, 3, Bugs are everywhere and never dealt with effectively, 4, Balcony floods when rains and blankets with heavy snow in the Winter, 5, Leasing office takes advantage of you. My son lives there and I enjoy seeing him there
Continuous push back on maintenance. Poor leadership and poor management throughout the entire place.
I would not recommend living here to anyone I know. Management is not professional nor effective. Poor plumbing, mold, bugs, old structure. Maintenance requests will never get handled. Management picks and chooses who is allowed “service dogs and cats” to favorites. Does not give move out procedures and charges you for false “damage” to not give full deposit back.
