Continuous push back on maintenance. Poor leadership and poor management throughout the entire place.
I would not recommend living here to anyone I know. Management is not professional nor effective. Poor plumbing, mold, bugs, old structure. Maintenance requests will never get handled. Management picks and chooses who is allowed “service dogs and cats” to favorites. Does not give move out procedures and charges you for false “damage” to not give full deposit back. Wouldn’t answer when I called a bunch of times and wouldn’t respond to email. I was looking for a 1 bedroom to rent but I guess I’ll take my money to another apartment since they don’t want it.
