Should be, “optional care, depending on our moods.” This place was truly awful, their staff are disrespectful and rude, and they are immensely uncommunicative. When u call they put u on hold and never answer and you wait forever Very crappy service.
The wait time is a little annoying, but that's life. The staff were friendly, courteous. Clean facilities.
I was referred to come here from the triage nurse at Langley Urgent Primary Care. That nurse was able to book an appointment for first thing at opening for us due to our urgency situation. Nurse Camille called to confirm our appointment and gave us instructions to bypass the line as we have an appointment booked. We were seen within 10 mins of the door opening. The front staff, Tina, and the doctor were so kind and helpful. My father was in need of urgent care and then ensured they could prioritize him to ensure he got the treatment needed.
