Today I visited Newton Urgent Care in Surrey for my 6-year-old son, who had a serious injury. The doctor and staff treated him with great care and professionalism. I want to give special thanks to Ms. Theresa, who was incredibly cooperative and skilled. She handled my son so gently and made him feel comfortable during the treatment. People like her truly make us proud of the Canadian healthcare system. Thank you for your excellent service and compassion!
I took my daughter here today (Oct 21/2025) for the first time as she had contracted viral cough. Everything was done swiftly and very organized and systematic. After a few minutes in the waitroom, my daughter was seen by a nurse who was so kind and she took her vitals etc. Then another 20ish minutes later we were seen by the doctor who was also great. Worthless institution! If you tell them you've had the same symptoms for over a week then they'll refuse to see you. Make sure you call within hours of feeling ill.
The urgent care is actually really good with nice stuff. My kid can be treated in time and we really appreciate it.
