This place only deserves zero stars. Horrible experience. I went there on 21 st Oct after SMH emergency psychiatry advised me to report to them. I was told that someone would contact me for group sessions. I was suicidal and needed quick rescue. Nobody has ever calledme. A few days ago I called and was told by the voice greeting that there were 61 people ahead of me and that I could leave my number for a callback. Nobody has bothered to call me. Went here but wished they never sent me to westie house. It was so catty and a risk to relapse, they should have let me get into Phoenix recovery. I got clean in August 23.2023 with the help of someone who has got people off the drugs and they cleaned themselves up since 2008. Well can say the westie house never helped me get out of living with the abusive ex caregiver which I had. I get services are hard but after hearing westie house had hired a sex offender in the past do they still recommend that place?
My counselling experience with Ameena truly helped my mental health. I went for about 7 weeks and left with proper resources to continue to better myself.
Dr. Bayat is the worst. I could have been treated for adhd much sooner and many of my permanent mistakes would NOT have happened over the last year and this year. Because I said I’d do research before jumping to a new antidepressants (due to bad experience), she changed her mind on doing my adhd assessment cuz she “thought” I wouldn’t try stimulants. I have schizophrenic disorder that caused by drugs and psychosis. This place one of the best I've seen in my life. Doctor Bayat, you are the best and I hope people will always happy to work with you. I truly love this place cause they helped me with corrections in my meds because my previous doctor wanted to treat symptoms instead of cause. Now I have proper meds and they help me so much that I can't even belive that im waking up and for 1 hour there no voices and believe that im watched or so.
