Are you kidding me? This is where I have to turn to? The reviews are horrible, and the people who gave high ratings barely have any feedback at all! I’m in a fricking crisis, and this place doesn’t seem safe or caring at all!
I spoke with a social worker with regards to intake. I did not raise my voice I did not swear and all I did during the conversation was attempt to reasonably articulate the reasons for me calling. She was totally un empathetic, she was super abrasive and honestly if I was someone who sincerely needed help (which I am) that whole conversation could have totally sent me over the edge and caused me to do something improper. A loved one called this place so they could get an appointment with a psychiatrist / psychologist. And when they received a call back they were told that the only way they could get an appointment is if they started taking depression drugs first. They then recommended (before making any assessments) that they get on prescription drugs asap without knowing anything about this person. I was absolutely appalled when I heard this. by far the worst clinic i have been to. Doctor didn't make me feel safe and when i tried to bring it to the front desk about the issue they told me to call and never picked up my calls. when asked for the higher up for some help I was told sure and never given any info to get ahold of higher up person. I TOLD the doctor to write it in my file i don't feel safe with her. She said we have to talk this over. An hour of talking wasn't enough of her to understand that i don't feel safe with her.
