My father was admitted to the ER at Memorial Hospital last week. On Thursday night 10/09/25 I left to get a blanket for my dad, then all of a sudden one of the nurses (her name was Helen and she was Caucasian) was yelling at me, rudely asking what I was doing? I replied and told her I was just getting a blanket for my dad. She responded back by saying no that’s not right! Seriously this is the most disorganized inefficient medical facility I have ever been to in Canada in my 60+ years. When we were there they hard 2 lines setup for checkin. One line to check vitals (1st) & other to register for checkin. My fiancée went to vitals & the nurse told her to sit down &.someone would call her for registration. It was not till we saw other people who came in behind us that we realized we had to stand in other line to get checked in.
