Maintenance work done by Chad is top notch, not only is he very professional and extremely respectful he will complete work orders in a timely manner COMPLETELY AND CORRECTLY, he will not leave you hanging, he makes sure you are totally satisfied with the work before he leaves. Absolutely the best management and maintenance team! They truly go above and beyond.
The management and maintenance team have certainly improved over previous teams. They are responsive and do their best on a limited budget for operations, and are the first team in a while that seem to care like neighbors but operate like professionals. The spaces are small, but the rent is very low for the area.
The maintenence has been so helpful this year. I'm grateful to have that excellent service on site!
