The best! I've lived in almost every apartments on Ruddell Rd. and Surrey Lane has amazing service, great neighbors and nice place to raise a family. They've made accommodations and listen to any concerns you may have. They really want to make your experience here the best possible. I earned a college degree living here. It's located in a great school district, near Saint Martins University, I-5 freeway and Olympia and recently added Trader Joe's.
I have lived at Surrey Lane for about 20 years and would recommend it for a nice and affordable place to live. The grounds are beautiful and the management is responsive to any problems that come up.
I have lived here since September 2018. The manager and maintenance person are the best so far. They are on top of their jobs 💯. Really appreciate them.
I stopped by to see if there were any apartments available for rent. Unfortunately, there were no openings at the time, but I truly enjoyed meeting the property manager. He was very polite and kind-hearted. I was able to leave my contact information so they can reach out when something becomes available. Overall, it was a great experience—10/10.
