Maintenance has been great with work orders , even being a man down.
I’ve lived here over a year now, and SURRY LANE APT.’s are great. They are older building, but they are kept up very nicely and in good condition by Mick and Chad and Nick, they do the best job daily, always with a smile always wanting and willing to help. SURRY LANE APT.’s could not run the way it does without them. The Three Musketeers are awesome, Don’t change a thing, It’s perfect the way it is. I like it here and wish to continue that. Thank you! Maintenance work done by Chad is top notch, not only is he very professional and extremely respectful he will complete work orders in a timely manner COMPLETELY AND CORRECTLY, he will not leave you hanging, he makes sure you are totally satisfied with the work before he leaves.
