I have always been treated very well. Reception staff always make you feel you are the only person they are dealing with. Medical staff caring and understanding. Myself and my family have attended the clinic for over 40 years.

I’ve been a patient at Surrey Hills Medical Centre for a few years. The reception staff are kind, professional and efficient regardless of whether contact is by phone, email or in-person. Dr. Du Toit has been a real ‘lifeline’ for me in recent times. She is attentive, explains things clearly, and genuinely cares about peoples’ health & well-being. I never feel rushed during appointments, and I appreciate the thoroughness of the care I receive. The practice is also very well-organised and has a comfortable homey feel.

Waiting period very short thanks. Dr Caroline very gentle, thorough and thoughtful I enjoy the ambience of the waiting room. I also got a blood test done - and that lady too was gentle and efficient. The reception staff as alwayd polite and helpful and light and cheerful. Thank you for the opportunity to give the positive feedback that Allan the clinic deserve.
