I submitted seven maintenance requests and one was resolved, two were addressed but not fixed and the rest have not been addressed. The two that were addressed were my broken sliding door handle and kitchen sink faucet. They ordered a new handle for my siding door (allegedly) but that was nearly three weeks ago and I have not heard any follow up. Also, they “fixed” my faucet but it only lasted a few days and now I have the same problem again. My other requests have not been addressed at all.
Tyler and Lindsey have gone above and beyond in helping with getting me situated here. I appreciate their recent help with taking care of a maintenance request! Thank you!
Comfortable, quiet large space. Mainrenace issues are handled very quickly. Curt has been great!
One of the washing machines stopped working in the middle of my load, leaving my laundry sitting in a full machine of water. I called just after the office closed, around 6 in the evening and was sent through the emergency maintenance line. I told them what happened because I was sure the office would want to know and find a way to drain the water.
