Do not buy your hearing aid batteries/equipment here. Awful business practice!! I went to visit for the first time their guildford branch and I was getting 675 batteries for my brother’s hearing aid. The receptionist (clinic was locked for a good 10+ mins in the middle of the day—she was out god knows where) purposely gave me the 2 packs in front of the display that are missing batteries.
