She went above and beyond to ensure that all the aspects were taken care of and he felt comfortable with his hearing aid. I’ve been seeing Seb for a few years now and he is so thorough, caring and helpful! So many people have told me of other “big box” stores that also deal with hearing aids but I love the care and compassion I get from Seb so I’m not switching. Very professional too.
