this is my first time to went to orthotics and i have no idea how it works to my insurance, i ask if they do direct billing and they say yes but later on when im going to pick up my insole they ask me to pay it by my credit card and told me that im the one who need to claim it in my insurance, i did not know that i need a family doctors refferal and thats what my insurance is asking me, so i ended up paying it by myself and never claim it, it is lesson to me that i dont need to just believing web advertisement, this probably... read more
