I had a wonderful experience with the care provided for my dog, Stella. She was treated with so much love and attention, and it truly showed in how happy and relaxed she was afterward. One of the WORST experiences I’ve had with a vet. They want your money, they DO NOT CARE about your pets. Took my cat in over a month ago, to deal with a uti, I understand you have to wait for medication to take place. But they told me they would call, and NEVER DID. I know my cat has a bacterial infection, and I’ve asked them to test now twice, and they aren’t doing so, they say “the vet will call you.” I’ve been fighting with them for weeks, and everytime they would “apologize” and told it would be taken more seriously. This place is horrible and not compassionate at all we took our dog there 2 years ago to get fixed called us a few hours later to tell us they had to give her a hysterectomy and it was done we were shocked no one called us to tell us before it was done but said its 1500 we said we dont have that kind of money and u never told us anything so the doctor we spoke with when we got there said no worries pay the 350 and see if the humane society can help we called them they said np we can get at least 500 the vet agreed that was i... read more
I am absolutely horrified by my experience at this place. I write this after the video this video resurfaces on all platforms of the “it” whose lips are thin to the point of disappearing, revealing teeth that are unnaturally long and stained a dull, graveyard yellow. When she speaks through the front desk to you, it sounds like wet gravel being ground together. Don’t take your animal to this vet if you care about their quality of life and care.
