I am so glad I chose Surrey Animal Hospital for my cat. Honestly, when I first looked at their reviews online, I had a conversation with them because I was convinced that most of the reviews had to be fake. To those who take their pets to this Hospital. Please read this first and proceed. As pet owners we always wanted to have a good health care for them and also not emptying our bank accounts. RICKY( I think that’s the name of the woman who welcomes you) , SHE IS NOT A DOCTOR OR TECHNICIAN. She has absolutely no clue of the pets health and any knowledge about it. I left my dog here when I had to leave for some other work. They told me the vet will be available in 30 minutes and will do exam. The reason I left my dog is , the dog is limping. The receptionist and other tall guy took my dog and got me signed for X-rays and blood tests. Later they called me in the afternoon and I paid the amount. While I was taking my dog , I asked the guy I need to talk to the vet about X-rays and blood report.
