I had gone to the same CMT for 25 years and, when she retired, a friend of mine referred me to Adam and I've now scheduled with him consistently over the last 20 months... Moving from my previous CMT to Adam has been, to put it lightly, revolutionary. He has an incredible knowledge of the human body/anatomy, an intuitive sense of what needs to be the focus of a particular session, and is a (chill and yet) top-notch human being. Five stars and beyond!
Adam is amazing! I cannot over state how much he has helped me and my family with hamstring injuries, knee injuries, shoulder injuries and more. I had 2 years(!) of hamstring pain after I tore it in hockey and Adam got in there and made it like 95% better in 3 sessions. I refer people to him frequently and everyone is super thrilled with the results. I believe he is the best massage therapist in Denver. He's very easy to talk to and just a great guy. Give him a try!
