I was referred to Surprise Smiles by the VA, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was greeted with a warm smile when I walked in and the facility is clean, welcoming, and modern. I arrived about 15 minutes early for my appointment and was surprised when they immediately took me back. That level of efficiency was awesome and really showed they value their patients’ time. Dr Mac Jackson and ALL his assistants are very professional,caring and always explain to you what they are doing while doing it.
i had very positive experience at this place, staff friendly, professional , and explained every step of the treatment clearly, they were very patient, gentle and took time to answer all my questions. I truly appreciate and highly recommend this place.
