I'm about half way through my treatment plan requiring multiple visits for consultations, phone calls and interactions with close to a dozen individuals in this practice. It is very rare to have 100% positive encounters with so many different individuals in the same organization, this is my experience with this practice over the last 6 months. Doctor is sharp, knows his work and thoroughly explained everything about my treatment plan. Office was immaculate. Everyone was very friendly. Immediate information, referrals and clear explanations of benefits and treatments. Five star here. Only thing I’d change is the paperwork. Make it digital so I can fill it out on my computer instead of hand writing everything out.
Dr. Nguyen is the best! Honest with no "bull". You want the work done right. This is your man. The staff very professional and caring.
