Endodontist I had the unfortunate opportunity to meet the Dr.s and Staff at Surprise Endodontics, I needed a 'Root Canal" and was so pleased with the care I was given, I can't put it into words. Dr.Frank Castano was magic! I felt "NO" pain during the procedure and he completed the job in one half hour sitting. Instead of the usual 2hrs and 2 visits.I would recommend this group to anybody in need of an Enditontist. The very best!
Doctor was amazing, my wife is scared to death of dentists and she was comfortable watching him perform a last minute scheduled root canal. Worth the drive from Avondale, since they didn’t have any openings. Thanks again!
I’m new to AZ, I was able to get an appointment right away, for a teeth cleaning. They were very thorough, very nice clean office. Office staff and Dentist were great. I liked the welcome I received and I look forward to being a new patient. Would definitely recommend!
RecommendedWent in for an assessment to see if I needed a root canal. Dr. Frank was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He did a thorough assessment and let me know I didn’t need a root canal. This is the first time I’ve been here and, if I ever need a root canal in the future, this will be my first stop!! Thanks, Surprise Endodontics!

I can’t rave enough about Dr. Castano and his team! I’ve had plenty of root canals and dental work done in my life and THIS was by far, hands down my best experience ever. He has a way of calming those who are anxious and makes it a personable and comfortable experience. He’s funny, comforting, and super thorough in explaining what to expect and walks you through what he’s doing.
