I can't say enough good things about Surprise Care. It's a family run office with a different approach to healthcare and it's such a refreshing change. They don't go through insurances, instead they have all the prices online and if anything else is needed during the appointment, they explain everything and are up front about the pricing. I have been to this location a few times now and each time it has been a positive experience. The office is clean and staff is always friendly.
Highly recommend this location, great place to get your DOT physical! Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Never had any issues with long wait times, I have been in and out quickly every visit.
