RecommendedWe needed our A/C checked out. They were very accommodating and scheduled an appointment quickly. They were very professional and although they could not fix our problem as our car was a Bentley, but they did provide information we needed and we felt we were treated professionally. Would return for service in our other car for sure

Told me upfront what the cost would be and the total was actually a little less. Extremely friendly and accommodating. Never had my phone battery as low as it was and they gave me a charger while I waited for my rental. Mike and crew are awesome.
I tried Surprise Car Care last week when I took my car in for AC service and a few other items. Michael Barra was was great to work with. Explained everything very thoroughly and completed everything on time. Great experience and I will certainly go back.
We needed a general overlook of our vehicle to prepare it for a summer of pulling our camping trailer. Mike showed knowledge and concern over what we needed and was very honest to what needed to be repaired for safety reasons and what we could do to improve comfort for the vehicle. I appreciate his honesty and the care he took with our vehicle. I would definitely recommend Surprise Car Care to others!
I hate taking my car to the shop because it's usually bad news. But, the guys here are friendly and make the experience as good as it can be. They explain the situation and also keep an eye out for other future issues you want to keep an eye on for your car. They aren't pushy about it at all, either. They just give you the information and let you go on your way to decide for yourself. My dad is a mechanic, and so it's that much harder for me to trust a "shop" when I'm far from my home town. They gave us great service, honest price! The owners are very pleasant, attentive when listening the reason you need their service. I highly recomend them!
We take all of our trucks to Mike and his guys to get our alignment done he does great work and is fast and always gets us in
