Josh always tries to save my money and time and save the environment by repairing things instead of replacing but when the time comes to replace something, you can trust that it really does need to be replaced. I highly recommend Surprise Air Conditioning & Heating to anyone who needed them.

Our techs were professional, friendly, and efficient. They were at the house for about 4 hours and cleaned all 14 vents and our dryer vent. Price was reasonable considering length of time and quality of work. Definitely will be having them come out each time for servicing! Surprise was recommended to me by my neighbor and I would happily recommend them to my closest friends.

Quality work by 2 professionals. They did an excellent job and took their time and really cared about their work. They went the extra step to make sure our ducts were clean. They were knowledgeable, professional and performed the job beyond my expectations. I would certainly recommend this team.

They have helped me out with a new hot water heater and boiler maintenance at my own home on several occasions, as well as HVAC maintenance at my business. When I refer them to friends and family, every chance I get, they are just as thrilled with the service as I am. Great company!
