I will never do business with Home Outlet again. On 4/15/26, I purchased shiplap boards and was told by a manager that the quantity I needed would be transferred from other stores and that I would receive a phone call when they arrived. That phone call never came. Over the following weeks, I repeatedly had to call the store myself looking for updates because nobody bothered to follow up. Each time, I got a different answer.
