We used Eric for a flood claim. He met us at our house with our insurance adjuster and we then received an estimate from both parties. Ultimately, Eric suggested to just accept the estimate the insurance company offered (which was much less than the estimate Eric came up with). My disappointment is that Eric had little to no communication with the insurance company (according to our insurance adjuster).
