Eric was amazing! He understood our situattion and new exactly how to tackle it. We were in a tough spot and Eric was able to give my wife and I some relief. He is always available, answers any and every question, and was kind and understanding. We were able to leave it all to him for him to handle. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

We used Eric for a flood claim. He met us at our house with our insurance adjuster and we then received an estimate from both parties. Ultimately, Eric suggested to just accept the estimate the insurance company offered (which was much less than the estimate Eric came up with). My disappointment is that Eric had little to no communication with the insurance company (according to our insurance adjuster).
