My extended family and I have been long time customers, but our last two visits left me extremely unimpressed with the customer service & management at this store. My 9 year old son worked weekends mowing lawns to save up money for a fishing/hunting backpack that he had spotted at Surplus Herbys. After buying the bag he quickly realized that it was deteriorating on the inside, so we went to return it.
