I’m incredibly happy with the exceptional customer service I received at Surplus Furniture! I just got my replacement Ellie recliner today and the entire experience, from purchase to replacement was seamless and stress free. I dealt with Barby, the Manager and she was a shining example of what customer service should be. She turned what could have been a potential hassle into a truly positive experience! I’ll definitely be back for all of my future furniture needs!
