I am EXTREMELY frustrated with my experience at this furniture store. I bought a bed frame only two weeks ago, and the middle stabilizers literally twisted off and snapped the wooden supports while my husband and I were just laying in bed. We weren’t jumping on it or doing anything that should cause a brand-new frame to break. When I contacted the store to ask about a return or exchange, I was told that their policy only allows that within 72 hours of purchase, and the only option they offered was to send replacement parts. ... read more
Matyna at lethbridge was absolutly amazing to deal with, ran us through exactly what we wanted to look at, didnt even bother with what we told we were not interssted in. Highly recomend going to check furniture warehouse out for some awesome pieces for affordable prices!
You can find better and cheaper elsewhere. Guy i spoke to at front desk was beyond rude.
