I've bought and pawned many things here. Alex the gun/pawn guy is AMAZING!! He always has a smile for me and knows me by name... First AND last!!! Who does that anymore?!? I'd say THAT is exceptional customer service! That's how it used to be and I believe it should still be! Thank you for everything you do Alex! And your helper too! ( I didn't get his name yet)
