After what seemed a good in person visit with Dr Mangat, there was no followup, no referrals made as discussed during visit. Upon my followup there was inadequate notes on file such that the whole issue needed to be explained again, after much miscommunication. Months of delay to get 2 simple referrals for an acute potentially serious issue. I would never return to this clinic or physician; please be warned.
Clinic permanently closed and never notified me now I no longer have a family doctor. When the clinic was open the receptionists were terrible, wouldn’t pick up my calls regarding my medication refills and would say I missed their calls when they never called me.
