They are disorganized. Management is unhelpful to supporting staff and customers. I visited to get the underneath of my car looked at and the Manager was around and never took a look at my car the entire hour I was there. They said they would call me back. I called them the next day afternoon and they said they would call me back. Not once did they ever call. Thank you to the mechanic who tried to help. Están desorganizados.
