I made an appointment online for a manicure and pedicure. Walked in at the appointment time. The lady told me that it wasn’t an appointment for nails because online didn’t allow that. It was indeed for nails. Took my business somewhere else.
I made a nail appointment online and the place was closed when I showed up. Listed hours are wrong! And it is confusing that both Suri Nails and Oooh salon seem to be the same place but with different hours listed. Either way, it was not open at 10am on Saturday morning.
David did an amazing job on my nails and is so friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be back!

David was amazing and efficient, and incredibly nice too. I’ve been to a few nail salons in the Englewood area and this has been my best experience. The prices can’t be beat either! I’ll definitely be back.
