Highly recommend-Dr Nandi is very kind and knowledgeable.
Before the insurance even had a chance to sort everything out they sent the bill to collections. The website to pay online is a basic payment portal that isn't even tied to a patient's account. They expect people to enter the bill number and pay whatever amount they state is owed. Forcing the patient to wait for insurance to issue a refund much later.
