Very nice nursing staff, and the facility was clean, professional, and well organized. I had a positive experience and felt well cared for throughout my visit
After a good nights sleep I woke up and started reading over my paperwork and discovered almost $500 in charges on the day of my surgery from the surgical center !! Absolutely ridiculous! They charged me for two drains they knew should being used at the time of scheduling and for going 18 minutes over surgery time ! So for that they felt it was ok to charge my bank card while I was still not clear minded almost 500 hundred dollars!! I will never have another surgery performed here again !
I was supposed to have surgery at another surgery center. And then it changed to the SurgiCenter. I seen the reviews on here and I was worried. I must say I was very pleased with everyone. From the time I arrived each person I, came into contact with who worked there. They had the utmost respectful bedside manors from the beginning to the end. Can’t say enough good things about this place. I had surgery here and the whole experience was seamless! The nurses were extremely caring and friendly. 10/10!
