I love the attentiveness for patients, I am utter disbelief on customer service towards patients Spouses as far as trying to figure out what’s going on with my wife’s procedure at closing time. I walked in to double check before closing and the elderly African-American front desk lady (with a horrible wig) tried to steer me out after asking if I could check status on my wife’s procedures.
