I went in for an EGD and colonoscopy. Everyone working there was very nice and helpful, from the receptionist to the surgeon. It was stellar service and everyone was very kind & compassionate.
My daughter had surgery here yesterday, and literally everyone we interacted with from checking in at the front desk to being discharged were amazing people. The nurses my daughter had were Margaret in pre-op and Sandra in post-op, and they are great nurses.
Worst post-op care I’ve ever experienced. The ENT office ignored my VA referral from Wichita VA Hospital, incorrectly set my pharmacy to McConnell AFB (where I can’t even access), and refused to include essential supplies like gauze, tape, saline, and Afrin-like spray for bleeding control. After surgery, I was left scrambling for supplies while still disoriented from anesthesia. Fast food of the surgery world. Everything was rushed. I always have nausea from anesthesia and told them yet they blew it off. Did the nerve block in my neck way too soon. Gave me after care instructions for knee surgery and I had shoulder surgery! I was pushed out before I was fully coherent.They were polite, at least. My surgeon was the only awesome part of this experience.
