This is what my first eye to be done, of course I had a lot of questions and a lot of concerns, Irene admitted me and got me ready for surgery answered all my questions and put me at ease. She was very professional and very knowledgeable. And the administrator Andy Briggs, even had time to come by and hold my hand for a few minutes. Cattle Call. All patients are instructed to arrive at 7;45. I waited 2 1/2 hours to be seen. Ridiculous! The staff however were exceptional

Doctors and staff are ok, but admin and billing are horrible. They screwed up my insurance which caused me major out of pocket problems. And now over a month after they finally fixed their issue I still haven’t received my refund. Even tough it may be a small amount they are unjustly making money that is not rightfully theirs.

The wait was a 2 hour wait to get checked in the front office. They looked me over and when I brought it their attention, the front office staff did not even hear me out and brushed me off. Then, the wonderful Nurse Wanda called to check where I was at and I told her that, I was waiting to get checked in. That prompted them to finally check me in.
