In the restroom the sink had slim coming out from it and it was moldy. I saw a roach on the wall. The restroom is only cleaned once a day. Last week someone urinated on the floor in the bathroom. When you see one roach that means that there's more. I'm very concerned about the building and roach issue that needs to be addressed. The sink gets clogged up.
Dr. Nitin Patel & Surgicare scheduled me for a prostate biopsy almost 5 years ago, neither party informed me of the procedure and what it entailed. They knew that I had kidney cancer, no way I was coming back so I signed their paperwork and gave them my Fathers name and a mistaken phone number. I couldn't get a ride home, told them I was going to get money from my car to take a bus . Not able to get my results and nobody is answering even I left four messages to call me How ever during procedure I found staff was very co operative and very quick with out wasting time they did my surgery good place to get treatment Thanks Pannadevi Vaishanav
