Horrible service . Guys if you guys want to wait 4 hours and have a time go there
I was scheduled to have surgery and I arranged to be picked up by their transportation unit. They told me they would pick me up by 5:30 a.m. and not to eat or drink anything after 10p.m. They said if there were any changes they would call me. Seven a.m.I call to find out what the hold up is and was told my appointment was canceled. I didn't eat or take my medicine and they didn't even have the courtesy to call as the said they would to inform me I could eat and take my medicine. I can only provide 2 comments about my experience here. #1- a nurse here stabbed both of my hands 6 times in an attempt to find a vein.At one point she had three different needles attempting to push a vein up to make it easier for her to “find the vein.” I asked for a different nurse and they refused to swap her, she attempted to hold me down when I requested to stop and leave because more blood ended up on the table and my gown than the iv. #2 - Dr. Reddy the one in charge of the procedures and your pain management is more ... read more
