This review is for the entire building which is invested with roaches. The restroom is only cleaned once a day in the morning. One day someone urinated on the floor in the stall and left a huge puddle on the floor. There's slim and mold hanging from the sink which is disgusting. It's not the first time that I've seen him smoking at the door. Update: Your employee smoking at all of the entrances of Surgicare Care in Watchung.
