Great personnel but the waiting room is tiny, crowded and uncomfortable. Not even magazines to help pass the time. Had an appointment but was seen 3 and 1/2 hours after my appointment time. Only 3 Registration personnel to service a huge number of patients entering for service. The RN, X-Ray Tech and Phlebotomist are customer sensitive and provide caring, professional competent care, once you can make it this far into the process. All other Phoebe offices at the Veranda are spacious and have better management.
