Dr Hess is a wonderful
The doctors are great, hospital charges and billing are horrible. We were charged $964 for a recovery room fee, where we sat in a chair for 30 minutes in an open room behind a curtain, where the only time we saw a nurse was to get apple juice. When I called to dispute the charge, they said that the original bill was $5534 and I received a $1000 discount per their agreement with BCBS.
