My daughter had a tonsillectomy here yesterday and I was so pleased with our experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. From the front desk, to all the nurses we encountered and the anesthesiology team, everyone was so professional and answered my many questions and concerns. The post-operative team was especially helpful and made sure we were 100% ready to go before sending us on our way. All 3 of my kids just had their tonsils removed here, and though I will say the surgeon was amazing and the after care was amazing, I have to give a 1 star because the anesthesiologist traumatized 2 of my kids. They wouldn’t let me go back when they took my kids to give them gas to put them to sleep. I trusted that my young children would be in good hands and that the adults in charge would make my children feel comfortable. I was wrong.
