A huge shout of gratitude to Dr. Bhasin and his staff! I was facing what could have been an extremely difficult surgery, not sure I could go through it. From the first time I met Dr. Bhasin I felt a confidence hard to come by. Dr. Bhasin was very nice and knowledgeable with great bedside manner. After surgery however I continued to be in a lot of pain and called several times to get something called in to help. His staff wasn't helpful and I ended going to the ER and waiting for hours just to get relief. Doc was great but his clinical nurse was borderline rude.
All I can say is they are amazing. Every single person who I met was so kind and genuine. I was scared and they eased my anxiety.
Incredible group from Front Office staff, to Mia in scheduling to Dr Blitstein who performed my 82 yr old dad’s gall bladder surgery. Incredibly organized and compassionate group! Words cannot express gratitude I have for their expert care and follow through! Dr Blitstein has incredible bedside manner and he never makes you feel rushed- great smile and sense of humor- it makes for best possible outcome when you are reassured that such a good person is taking care of your loved one!
