Doctors amazing! The lady that answers questions at prompt number 6, HORRIBLE! So rude! When I asked why she was talking in a frustrated tone as I asked questions, her reply was. "I'm just a straight forward person!" Really?! Rotten customer service!! When you are working with human lives, have some compassion! Docs, 10/10!
