2025 Aug 24th & this is the most irresponsible pain management clinic I have been to in 3 states over a decade for advanced lumbar degeneration and 2 surgeries at 28 years old after 2020. Champlain spine discharged me from services when my symptom progression entered its furthest progressed state in ten months.
