⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My mother had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Priya Zeikus at Surgical Dermatology Associates in Dallas, and I cannot recommend her enough! We referred by our dermatologist to address a basal cell issue, and Dr. Zeikus performed our MOHS surgery. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was referred to this office for MOHS surgery on my face. When I called to schedule the surgery, I spoke with a woman (I think her name was Melissa) who very politely informed me that their office did not accept my insurance. Admittedly, I was flustered by this news and began asking questions about pricing with no insurance and explaining how it was difficult for me to find out who was covered by my insurance because their website is often incorrect. I had a Mohs procedure on my eyelid by Dr. Weitzul and I was treated awesomely ~ if that’s a word! She & her assistant Natasha were very professional, compassionate & checked on me during the whole procedure. They put me at ease to calm my nerves. The office & procedure room were clean and comfortable. A TV was in the room so the wait between procedures did not seem near as long. I will recommend them to anyone needing to have a surgical dermatology procedure.
I wish Dr. Zeikus was my doctor for everything. Her kindness and care for her patients is beyond what I have ever experienced. I would highly recommend her!!!
Dr. Zeikus has the best mannerisms of any doctor I’ve encountered to date. I was nervous having my arm cut open to remove suspicious melanoma tissue. She spent time talking to me for as long as needed to explain my initial results from the derm, the overall procedure process, questions, and next steps. She always took her time and did not rush.
