We were scheduled to have port surgery for my son at Children's Hospital and they contract with PSA. On Friday afternoon they contacted me to voice concerns over my son's surgery. They had a whole month to voice concerns and waited until Friday with a surgery scheduled for Wednesday. They were unwilling to have an emergency appointment, discuss the issues, and have ignored portal emails from our family. I am disappointed in Dr. Short and his staff in the sloppy way this was handled and how our family was ignored.

Great staff, nice office, good location. They even coordinate with Children's Hospital to do multiple surgeries at the same time - awesome!
