Dr. Rubenfield is a complete embarrassment to the medical industry. He is a sell out to the insurance company, and is in no need interested in giving he or she an honest evaluation. The insurance company's pay him almost a million a year to mis-diagonse patients that are seen to for Insurance company IME. I would STRONGLY re-consider any type of treatment with this person. I refuse to call him a doctor. He should be ashamed of himself.
